Merchant cash advance for business owners, without applying everywhere.
Afterfirst MCA shops a merchant cash advance for business owners who would rather not fill out the same paperwork at every funder. You apply once, we send the file only where it fits, and you compare the offers that come back.
Not a lender.
We work the file, not a single product.
Shopped for fit.
Sent only where it matches, and nowhere else.

Already carrying an advance?
You can still apply. List any open advances or loans on the application. Some funders consider files with existing positions and some do not, so being upfront helps us send the file only where it fits.
See second position, third position and beyond and consolidation.
Before you apply.
Most of what decides a merchant cash advance file is already sitting in your bank account. Knowing how it gets read makes the conversation shorter.
What funders read first
Funders start with the business bank statements, not the application form. The guide on what funders look for on bank statements walks through it line by line.
Deposits and existing pulls
Underwriters separate true revenue from transfers and loan proceeds, then list every recurring debit from another funder. The gap between the two is the room a new offer has to fit into.
Transfers and loan proceeds
Money moved in from savings or another account, and the proceeds of any loan or advance, come out of revenue. Mark them on the statements so the true deposit figure is easy to check.
If an advance is already open
Put it on the application with the current balance and payment. A position a funder finds on its own reads worse than one you disclosed.
Payoff letters
If consolidation is on the table, ask the current funder for a written payoff letter early. See consolidation for how the payoff math works.
