Documents come after you contact Afterfirst and we reply
Write first, without attachments. We reply and agree with you how statements and other documents will be shared, so account numbers do not travel as ordinary attachments.
What happens after you email the desk?
After you email the desk, a person reads the message, sorts it by the subject line and replies from info@afterfirstmca.com. Applications and broker files get a reply that says which statements we need and how to send them.
Our reply once your email lands
Owners get a reply that confirms what we received and what we still need. If the question can be answered by email, we answer it there.
Sending us an offer you already hold
An owner holding an offer can send it with account numbers removed. We lay out the net cash, total cost and remittance so the offer can be compared.
Numbers to black out first
Remove bank account numbers, routing numbers and Social Security numbers from anything you send. Business names and offer figures are fine to leave in.
On-screen redaction that leaves text underneath
A PDF edited on screen may keep the text under a black box. Print it to a new PDF after redacting, then search it for a digit you removed.
PDF offers after redaction
Plain PDF attachments of offers are fine once personal numbers are removed. Full bank statements wait until we reply and agree how to send them.
Is there a phone number or office address?
Not yet. A phone number and mailing address will be listed here once they are confirmed. For now, email is the one channel, and a person reads every message.

Afterfirst MCA uses info@afterfirstmca.com for applications, broker files, questions and press. A person on the desk reads each message. Use the subject line format so it is routed correctly.
Should I email bank statements to the desk?
Please do not send bank statements as ordinary attachments. Write first, and the desk will reply with how to share them. That keeps account numbers and owner information out of an ordinary inbox.
Can a funder or partner contact the desk?
Yes, funders and partners can write to the same address with "Partner" in the subject line. Include the programs you offer and your submission requirements. The Afterfirst Editorial Team handles those conversations.
