Florida business funding is shaped by new residents and the work they create. The state reached 23,462,518 people in the Vintage 2025 estimates, up 8.9% from its 2020 base, and real estate and rental alone made up 20.4% of 2025 GDP. Contractors, cleaners and property services follow that growth, and so do their funding needs.

What happens after you apply?
One application, one file.
Send one application with your recent business bank statements. That gives us one file, instead of the same paperwork at every funder.
A person reads the file.
Revenue, existing positions, industry and time in business. If something is missing, we ask before anything goes out.
Sent only where it fits.
The file goes to funders whose stated criteria match it. It does not go to every name on a list, so your file is not sprayed around.
You compare and choose.
Offers come back with each funder's terms, side by side: amount, cost, term and payment structure. Accepting is your decision.

The 2023 County Business Patterns count was 645,575 Florida establishments, and 88.4% had fewer than 20 employees, the highest small-shop share of the ten states written so far. Services to buildings and dwellings, the cleaning, pest control and landscaping trade, stand at 3.6% against 2.7% nationally, and specialty trade contractors at 7.2% against 6.2%.

Where does an advance fit a Florida file, and where does it not?
Florida files are dominated by service trades that bill per job or per contract.
The desk reads how steady that billing is before matching the file, because steadiness decides the remittance schedule more than size does.
Florida cleaning, pest and lawn companies
Florida has 23,544 building-service establishments, 1.34 times the national share. Many bill homeowners' associations and property managers monthly, which gives steady but slow deposits. A weekly remittance sized to the contract base usually suits these files; the landscaping page covers the seasonal version.
Florida roofers, electricians and other trades
Specialty trade contractors number 46,220 in Florida. After a storm season, demand can spike while materials must be bought before insurers pay out, which is the textbook timing gap. Funders will look at how long receivables take to clear; the construction and HVAC and plumbing pages go through that read.
Florida salons, spas and personal services
Personal care services are 2.0% of Florida establishments. These are small-ticket, card-heavy businesses, and a percentage holdback on card sales tends to fit them better than a fixed pull. The salons and spas page explains why.
Florida restaurants in tourist seasons
Food services are 6.9% of Florida establishments, below the 8.5% national share, but coastal restaurants face winter peaks and summer troughs. Funders will want a full year of statements where they can get it, so the slow months are visible; see restaurants.

Florida questions
What does a Florida advance cost?
A Florida offer shows the total the funder will collect and how often it pulls. Seasonal trades may be offered weekly pulls, which changes the pattern of cost but not the total. Applying is free.
Does a Florida application affect owner credit?
Every Florida funder answers this for itself. Ask each one how any credit review works, and keep the reply with the offer.
When does a Florida file move after a storm season?
There is no set time. A Florida file that explains a storm dip and includes the months of recovery is easier for funders to read, but each funder moves on its own schedule.
Can a Florida contractor with an existing advance get another?
Sometimes. The file must list the current advance and its pull. Funders that take a second position will size the new pull so the two together fit the deposits.
Do Florida funders treat hurricane season as a risk?
Some do. A Florida file with a sharp deposit drop after a storm will be asked about it, and a clear explanation with recovery in later months helps. Insurance proceeds in the account are usually separated from sales in the read.
